Refunds

We only offer refunds on broken mechandise. We do not offer refunds due to customer not liking the scent or their ability to smell the scent.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take pictures of the damage and email them to pandalilycc@gmail.com.
